Shipping Instructions
We’ve had people ask how to ship.....as in what to ship in... Any
box will do.
We would like to see you put raw fiber into a trash
bag first,
before the box, but it’s up to you.
If you've taken the time to wash or prewash your fiber,
please make this clear on the outside of the box...
WASHED or PREWASHED in big bold letters will expedite your handling.
If you need us to prep your fiber for washing, let us know on the outside of
your box.
If your fiber is alpaca, llama, mohair or washed, let us also
know this.
Writing it in big bold letters on the outside of the box will
help us to expedite your orders quicker.
We don't open boxes of fiber until
they are next in line to be processed.
Putting this info only in your
letter in the box, will not help us at all.
It could mean the difference of
months in the turn around times.
We ship USPS, because it’s cheaper for us and....well... more convenient.
Percie, our precious Post Mistress,
was transferred
to another office and will be sorely missed,
but the Post
Office is still just across the street from us.
You can choose any method you like to ship to us. They all work fine.
